While looking for stops to hit around New Glarus on the way to the Dells I read a post on LTH by "griffinswife" I believe detailing a visit to Quivey's Grove a few years back. An old refinished barn that is a pub, and a main house that is a restaurant. Nice property. The barn(Stable Grill), old stone & exposed wood, really nicely done. A main bar area and a small dining room off the entrance.
Lunch for me was the Kegonsa Lake Perch Sandwich, a couple nice pretzle crusted perch filets that were tasty, and perfectly fried. A nice light lunch with some Spotted Cows.
Definitely a place I would like to go for dinner, especially the main house or one of their fish friys.
